Our client is one of the world’s biggest providers of vehicle roof systems. They design, develop and manufacture sunroofs and open roof systems for the major OEM’s in the automotive industry. The company was founded in 1946 and is based in Venray (the Netherlands), close Venlo and the German border with Koln and Dusseldorf in the area). A global operating company with ± 3500 people and 16 facilities in Europe, Asia and America.

YOUR JOB:

As FPA Analyst you are working in a challenging role. You will be responsible and the driving force behind all activities related to financial planning and analysis for all entities. In addition you will continuous improve and standardize FPA processes. You will report directly to global FPA controller and will be in close cooperation with your colleagues from program controlling, operational controlling, accounting and reporting and each region high level finance management team. Your main tasks and activities are:

  • Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing review and analysis on global result
  • Monthly balance sheet and cash flow Fluctuation Analysis on global result
  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and compliance to internal policies;
  • Global management reporting
  • Global risk and opportunity tracking
  • Global sales forecast analysis
  • Quarter end forecast and analysis and management reporting
  • Annual Budget and Multi-year plan preparation
  • Closing, forecast and budget process further standardization
  • Other adhoc financial analysis

    • YOUR PROFILE:

  • Major in Finance and accounting,
  • Prefer experience in big 4 and/or an international organization is a big plus;
  • Relevant high financial analysis, bookkeeping and controlling knowledge;
  • As a professional you have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at different levels of the organization;
  • Self-starter with high energy and drive who can also be a great team player that can build strong working relations;
  • Result driven, stress resistant and proactive attitude;
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;
  • It is important to have good communication skills in English.
