How do you implement this as an Business Analyst?

As a Business Analyst, you are curious and proactive. You are willing to take a peek into the dynamic world at our various work locations within the Netherlands. You enjoy engaging with various departments and have the talent to quickly identify opportunities and translate these into possible solutions which addresses their needs. Your solutions may consist of optimizing existing applications but also include using tools such as RPA and AI to take efficiency to the next level.

Together with your ICT colleagues and consultants from our partners, you work to realize innovative solutions. In addition, you are able to advise (un)solicited on innovative possibilities with further digitization for both the short and longer term. You recognize opportunities for improvement in the business in the use of IT facilities and operation of processes.

Your goal is clear: to make our users’ work a little more enjoyable every day.

Specifically, what will you do?

Optimize existing processes.

Visit the various work sites and define improvement initiatives based on user experience and process analysis.

Actively involve users in optimizing business processes.

Ensure the quality, continuity, security and proper use of applications.

Testing changes based on acceptance criteria, ensuring that technical and user documentation is up to date.

Providing workshops and training to users.

What do you need to be successful?

You possess an enthusiastic and strong personality. You really know your stuff and go the extra mile unasked. In addition, you will bring some of the qualifications listed below:

Minimum HBO working and thinking level, majoring in Information, Business & IT Management or similar.

Demonstrated IT experience and interest.

Experience with process analysis and implementing process optimizations.

Creative team player who can combine innovation and stability.

Knowledge of relevant IT methods and techniques (change management, modeling and agile methodologies).

Good knowledge of the English language.

Basic knowledge of Dutch language or motivation to learn Dutch language.

Good knowledge of Polish is a plus.

Domain knowledge of the staffing industry or HR is a plus.

Knowledge and experience with RPA tooling (PowerAutomate) is a plus.

Valid driver’s license B.
