For our client specialized in the production of medical packaging, we are looking for a Customer Care Representative. This innovative company is working hard and pays much attention to maintaining long-term relationships and building new ones. Do you want to contribute to this? Then you might be the Customer Care Representative we are looking for.
As a Customer Care Representative you support customer service, you are closely involved in project and account management and you are indispensable in the order management process. A very diverse role in which you have a lot of contact with internal and external customers. In the position as Customer Care Representative you are mainly involved in the following activities:
Monitors customer orders and signals any risks and problems to operations, planning and process engineering.
- Provides information on order status and prepares samples
- Facilitates customer requests according to set standards
- Evaluates customer specifications and strives to optimize processes based on the specifications
- Building lasting relationships and establishing new relationships
- Support regional manager on technical details and quotations
- Complaint handling

Job Requirements
You are the Customer Care Representative we are looking for if you recognize yourself in the points below:
- You have a completed Bachelor’s degree in commercial and you have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
- You have experience with CRM; and preferably experience with SAP
- Customer-oriented attitude and able to respond to changing customer needs
- You are a real team player
- Excellent oral and written skills in English
- You have a keen eye for detail and able to maintain a helicopter view
Salary and Benefits
