Your challenge
As a Manager Vitaliteit Verzuim you are responsible for reducing and preventing absenteeism within our organization. You will:
Develop and implement an effective prevention strategy to reduce absenteeism.
Lead a team of case managers and other involved professionals.
Analyze absenteeism figures and translate them into targeted actions.
Work closely with HR, managers, business controllers, and external parties such as occupational health physicians.
Advise management and the board on absenteeism policies and sustainable employability.
Who are you?
You have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within absence management, case management, or occupational health services.
You are decisive, goal-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
You speak and write fluent Polish and English (Dutch is an advantage).
You understand the challenges and cultural background of employees from Central and Eastern Europe.
You are analytically strong and proactively work on sustainable solutions.
You have knowledge of the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter) and relevant laws and regulations.
