As a process operator, you’ll join a well-established and growing company in the food industry. You’ll work in a clean environment with a view outside and a friendly atmosphere. If you don’t have specific experience as a process operator but have experience with machines, that’s no problem! You’ll receive extensive training to learn all aspects of the trade.
A selection of your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a planning colleague to ensure the production process runs efficiently.
- Operate fully automatic machines via the computer and monitor six screens.
- Actively contribute ideas to optimize the production process.
- Perform minor maintenance and resolve small malfunctions on the machines.

- A full-time position for 38 hours per week;
- Salary between €2,600 and €3,000 gross per month (excluding shift allowance);
- 3 shifts with 18% shift allowance;
- Travel allowance;

Wat heb je nodig?
- MBO 4 working and thinking level;
- At least 1 year of work experience as an operator or an agricultural background;
- You have basic computer knowledge;
- Good command of the Dutch or English language;
- You are motivated and have a flexible attitude;
- Advantage: forklift experience.
