Our client is the market leader in the Benelux region for sliced products, salami, and poultry. The company's emphasis on premium charcuterie means it produces, packages and delivers high-quality deli meats that are always fresh and full of flavour. The company serves retail and food service clients across Europe, offering a wide range of products from everyday favourites to gourmet specialities.
Your role as a Production Operator:
Operating machines – Keep production and packaging equipment running efficiently.
Product quality checking – Ensuring that items look and feel right and are properly packaged.
Fix minor issues – Spot and resolve minor issues before they affect production.
Perform maintenance – Carry out regular maintenance checks to keep machines in great condition.
Pack products with precision, sorting, labelling, and packing them according to specifications.
Provide support where needed, such as assisting with slicing, finishing, smoking, or cooking. Help with cleaning activities and setting up machines during product changeovers.
Work schedule:
You will work from Monday to Friday in a two–shift system, which includes a morning shift (06:00–15:00) and an afternoon shift (14:00–23:30).
To succeed in this job, you should be:
Experienced in the food industry and familiar with fast-paced environments.
Physically fit and comfortable working in chilled conditions (around 7°C).
Aware of strict hygiene standards and ready to follow them precisely.
Open to learning how to operate slicing machines — training is provided!
Able to communicate in English and/or Dutch
