Our relationship is an international company with a Dutch touch. They are a major player in the field of production of packaging for pharmaceutical products. This innovative company operates daily in modern clean rooms and with new machinery. Our relationship is growing rapidly. As Team Leader Production, will you help realize this growth?
As Team Leader Production you are responsible for an enthusiastic team ranging from 12 to 20 operators. Your joint mission is to achieve high quality and quantity on a daily basis. You achieve this through close cooperation on the shop floor and by making optimal use of the technical possibilities of the machinery.
In addition, your work as Team Leader Production consists of:
- Talent development; you realize this by means of organizing training courses
- Stimulation of improvement proposals
- Adherence to set norms and standards according to ISO 13485 and GMP
- Ensures continuous high quality and identifies when products do not meet set requirements.
- Monitoring the technical condition of the production equipment.
- Contributes actively to process improvement
- Motivate and coach the team

Job Requirements
Do you recognize yourself in the following points? Then you might be the senior team leader production we are looking for:
- Has experience at least 5 years managing and leading a team; preferably you have gained this experience in a production environment
- Are familiar with GMP and ISO 13485
- Have an affinity with technology and willing to learn more about advanced machinery
- You are able to set priorities and maintain a helicopter view
- You work accurately and have a great sense of quality
- You have a keen eye for talent development among employees
- Fluent in the English language both verbally and in writing. Speaking the Dutch language is a very big plus
Salary and Benefits
As Team Leader Production you can count on a challenging job in a beautiful international and in innovative company. In addition, you can expect the following in this job.
- A salary between €3,500 and €5,000 gross per month based on knowledge and experience
- An incentive bonus scheme
- Interesting job for 36 hours in 2 shifts; once every 2 weeks you are off on Friday
