At OTTO Work Force, it’s all about people. As a Webcare & Reputation Specialist, you play a crucial role in fulfilling our promise: We take care of our people. You actively contribute to protecting and strengthening our reputation. You stay on top of what is happening online and make sure every employee, candidate or follower feels heard and taken seriously. You monitor social media, websites, forums and review platforms in all countries where OTTO is active. With your strong communication skills and solution-oriented attitude, you help ensure a positive image of OTTO Work Force every day.

What will you do?

Online monitoring & webcare

  • Actively search online for messages, questions, opinions and complaints about OTTO Work Force
  • Monitor all (recruitment) channels and online platforms across all countries where OTTO is active
  • Collect questions, comments and complaints via social media and other online channels
  • Communication & coordination

  • Work with internal departments to retrieve the right information for your responses
  • Respond with the correct message, content and tone of voice via social media and other digital channels
  • If needed, forward questions or complaints to the right department and monitor the follow-up
  • Reputation management

  • Respond to negative posts to positively portray OTTO’s image
  • Collect and manage online reviews on platforms such as Google Reviews, Trustpilot and Indeed
  • Identify trends, frequently asked questions and bottlenecks and report them to your supervisor
  • Make improvement proposals for communication, marketing and recruitment
  • Advise on improvements for the myOTTO help desk
  • Work closely with the Operations Service Center to ensure consistency in communication
  • Connection to the operation

  • Visit OnSites weekly to stay connected with daily operations and employee contact
  • What do you bring?

  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English (Polish is a plus)
  • Driver’s license (B) and willingness to travel to OnSites
  • Ability to work with online tools, including translation tools, in a multilingual environment
  • Understanding of OTTO’s interests and operational choices, and ability to translate these into clear answers
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proactive, accurate and able to prioritize
