How do you fulfill this role as a Business Controller?

In this position, you are responsible for analyzing all financial and operational results of OTTO Work Force. You play a key role in financial planning, analysis and decision support to increase the financial success of our organization. For the management and Operations, you prepare reports related to the key KPIs. You serve as the sparring partner for the Business Unit Directors, where you provide advice and insights to optimize business performance and their personal P&L. You are part of the Business Control team, which consists of four top performers. Together, you ensure that the (financial) reports within our organization are well managed and accurate. In addition, you play a crucial role in managing and developing our Business Intelligence tools.

What do you need to be successful?

An enthusiastic and strong personality who knows how to take action. Taking an extra step without being asked is something natural for you.

A completed education in the field of Business Administration or Finance & Control.

Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role.

Good Excel skills are important.

Experience with DAX and Power BI is a plus.

Analytical ability combined with a flexible attitude.

You speak Dutch and English well, because you work at our headquarters with colleagues of 13 nationalities.

To be in possession of a valid B driving license.
