ABOUT THE JOB

The Quality Control Employee is responsible for audits of our housing locations, aimed at measuring the quality according to the SNF standards. On this basis, the employee prepares a report and potential improvement recommendations. It is a country-wide position involving willingness to travel between various housing locations in the Netherlands.

KEY ACTIVITIES

What do you do exactly? 

  • Inspecting locations with regards to order and neatness according to the SNF standards, based on a systematic and independent audit; 
  • Inspecting and upholding the location quality;
  • Talking to residents about desired and undesired behaviour at locations;
  • Handling complaints of the location residents;
  • Forming an opinion on not easily definable issues, such as integrity of actions, communication, learning ability and willingness to change the current quality of work;
  • Involving external parties with regards to complaints and issues;
  • Preparing protocols from the visits, which is done by drafting an audit report including findings, assessments, and improvements proposals or recommendations;
  • Acting as a discussion partner for the Management with regards to performance of housing locations managers;
  • Reporting results of the executed audits and recommendations to the Management Housing;
  • Documenting reports and files at a central place;
  • Carrying out follow-up audits at agreed intervals after discussing the recommendations report in order to assess the implementation of improvement actions;
  • Keeping up to date with knowledge on internal and external developments in the area of expertise.
  • CANIDATE REQUIREMENTS

    Who are you and what can you contribute to the company?

  • Secondary (or higher – MBO+/HBO) professional education and level of work and/or analysis;
  • Enterprising and proactive attitude;
  • Knowledge of the Polish and English language is a must, knowledge of Dutch is a big advantage;
  • Possession of a valid B category driving license;
  • Experience in the branch;
  • Thorough knowledge or understanding of operational processes within locations.
