You receive an all-in gross hourly wage of €16.63. This amount consists of your base salary of €15.40 per hour, supplemented with ADV allowance, holiday allowance, and profit sharing. Depending on your duties, you may also receive additional allowances, such as shift allowance or cold allowance, which can further increase your final hourly wage.

Your role as a Warehouse Employee:

Sorting and scanning packages with medical products to ensure accuracy

Packing products and preparing orders for shipment according to high standards

Loading and unloading containers to maintain a smooth logistics flow

Ensuring all packages are completed and ready for shipment on schedule

Working in small, tight teams to maintain a great work atmosphere

Following safety and quality procedures essential for healthcare logistics

Work schedule:

Depending on your work schedule, you have the option to work in day, afternoon or evening shifts. During busy periods, there may be possibilities for overtime, which could involve working different shifts or weekends.

To succeed in this job, you should be:

A team player who thrives in a friendly, cooperative environment

Motivated to grow and participate in trainings for higher positions

Available for long-term cooperation with the chance for a direct UPS contract

Good communication in English and/or Dutch
